DESCRIPCI\u00d3N DE TAREA\/S Y\/O RESPONSABILIDAD\/ES:<\/u>
\n\u00d8\u00a0Maintain the effectiveness and productivity of the team. Help the team to reach its full potential. Keep the team informed about procedural changes, practices and changes in general. Facilitate the removal of impediments. Provide visibility of the process and results of each sprint. Track the progress and help the team achieve the committed goals. Coordinate all meetings: Direct and guide the team members to keep the meetings productive (daily standup, sprint planning, etc.). Report all information on the progress of the sprint (including ScoreCards). Help the team and the PO to communicate efficiently. Keep the team focused on the sprint. Protect from external interruptions. Maintain good communication with other SM to minimize impacts between the teams and products. REQUISITO\/S Y\/O CONOCIMIENTO\/S:<\/u>
\nThe ideal candidate will have the following education, work experience, and abilities:
\n\u00d8\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s Degree in related field\/discipline preferred. Strong English (written and verbal). Excellent communication skills \u2013 written and oral, English and Spanish. Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines. Ability to analyze current status and predict future problems based on past experience. Agile methodologies knowledge. Continued education in their given development domain. Leadership skills. Proven planning, priority setting, time management, and decision making skills. Enthusiasm for business, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for driving results. Conflict resolution skills. Negotiation skills.<\/p>\n
