DESCRIPCI\u00d3N DE TAREA\/S Y\/O RESPONSABILIDAD\/ES:<\/u>
\n\u00d8\u00a0Analysis, design and development according to the Product Owner directive. Code inspections: Ensure that the code applies best practices. Develop procedures for automated unit testings. Generate technical documents for the on-boarding plan of new members. Share knowledge within the company. Help new members understand the business rules of Convey as the way the code is structured. Lead other team members to growth and success. Be an example to others in terms of commitment to the company goals.<\/p>\n
REQUISITO\/S Y\/O CONOCIMIENTO\/S:<\/u>
\nThe ideal candidate will have the following education, work experience, and abilities:
\n\u00d8\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s Degree in related field\/discipline preferred. English intermediate (written and verbal). Work experience. Experience with Agile and SCRUM development philosophies. Demonstrated experience on one or more of the following languages: C#, Java, JavaScript, Angular JS, PHP,\u00a0 HTML5, Delphi, Oracle, Transact-SQL, PL\/SQL. Continued education in their given development domain. Can effectively cope with change and manage stressful situations. Proven planning, priority setting, time management and decision making skills. Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines. Ability to troubleshoot problems under pressure.<\/p>\n
