ROLE SUMMARY:<\/span><\/u>
\n\u00d8 Coordinate and maintain the site documentation system, including but not limited to receiving, distributing and storage of documents, drawings and correspondence within GE and to\/from Subcontractor.<\/span><\/p>\n

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/span><\/u>
\n\u00d8 Operational:<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Develop and maintain site documentation filing and storage area as per the requirement. Control the access <\/span>to documentation area. Ensure PPDM is installed at site and all concerned have access to the same and are trained to do so. Ensure timely distribution and display of all documentation received at the site. Keep well-maintained records for each receipt and issue of each document.<\/span>
\n\u00d8 Ensure a comprehensive handling of documents at site, which at least includes but not limited to:<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Register the receipt of all documents and verifies the correctness of documents with respect to the transmittal. Take up and resolve any discrepancy observed with the originator of the transmittal. Issuing of working copies of the documents to all site personnel within GE or subcontractor etc. Ensure that each receiver always holds the current revision of the document and all earlier revisions are either withdrawn and stored separately or clearly identified as obsolete \/ superseded. Control all correspondence on as built or red correct documents. Constantly proactive in resolving queries from the site construction team on documentation. Sharing of administrative duties, as instructed by Site Quality Manager or Site Manager.<\/span><\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS\/REQUIREMENTS:<\/span><\/u>
\n\u00d8 Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma \/ GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project Management).<\/span>
\n\u00d8 Fix Term contract to be based in Tucum\u00e1n.<\/span>
\n\u00d8 Proficiency in English (Exckuding).<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\u00d8 Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.<\/span><\/p>\n
